01 Apr 2009 - Blackberry Users in Australia falling behind the rest of the world...
You know, in this day and age, why can things not be launched Globally?

Today, or Tonight our time, the Blackberry App World (the RIM Answer to Apple's iPhone App Store) was Launched in the USA, Canada and UK.

Problem with Mobile phones and particularly the Blackberry network, is they do know WHERE you are.

So visit www.blackberry.com/appworld on your Blackberry and you'll get no-where.  Sure you'll be teased with a Download button, but then told you're not compatible.  After thinking your device is at fault (then realising, wait, I'm using a brand new device that is being Launched TOMORROW in Australia), you realise its your LOCATION at fault.

How frustrating.

So we continue to search for apps online and download that way.. Just as easy anyway for now..

Crazy stuff
